Kitchen on Cary is delighted to announce the menu for our Tuesday, Jan. 30 Wine Dinner. Designed and executed by award winning executive chef Michael Macknight, each course is carefully paired with a complimentary wine from our extensive wine list by general manager Bill Greco. Tonight’s offerings capture the first hints of spring in the horizon with a beginning course of Grilled Radicchio, while the cheerful Block 9 Pinot Noir serves as worthy compliment to the main course of Celtic Shepherd’s Pie.
